SET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER
God wants you to be prepared to receive His promises for prosperity. He wants you to take practical steps to prepare yourself to be a good steward of what He will let flow into your life.
For years, I have been urging Christians that now is the time to…
- Reduce debt, build up cash and liquid assets, and a healthy cash reserve.
- Refinance high interest business debt and home mortgages at lower rates.
- If you own a home, accelerate the pay-off time.
As you hear God and heed His voice, you will be prepared to rise above the world in your finances!
God wants you to plan, but also know this: He is able to bless His people regardless of circumstances. He only expects you to plant whatever seed you can into His Kingdom. He will multiply your sacrifice back to you far beyond any worldly investment!
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (Luke 6:38)
When you plant into the Gospel, God promises a miracle harvest — far exceeding what you plant:
But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. (Matthew 13:8)
In this end-time hour, God is going to explode His financial blessings beyond anything He has ever done before.
As you follow the biblical command to honor the Lord with your tithes and offerings, your house will literally overflow with grain and your vats will be fat with wine and oil despite what is happening in the world!
The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the Lord thy God. (Exodus 23:19)
If you do your part, God will do His part. Be prepared. Take practical steps regarding your finances. Follow the scriptural guidelines for giving and receiving, sowing, and reaping. When you step out in faith and begin to act, God will fulfill His promises.
Is your financial house is in order? Are you adhering to the Bible-based standard of living which stresses faith in God and individual self-reliance? Are you exhibiting self-control rather than riotous excess and debt? Are you living within your means rather than stealing from others? If you are not following God’s commands, it is time to set your house in order.
Make this declaration:
I am putting my financial house in order today. I will adhere to the Bible-based standard of faith in God and self-reliance, self-control, and living within my means.
