Three Simple Keys

THREE SIMPLE KEYS

Every promise of God is based upon His unfailing record. He has always fulfilled His Word. He has never failed because… Genesis 15:1-6

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19)

When you really understand this, there will be…
…No more doubt
…No more vacillating
…No more questioning

God never fails. He always fulfills His promises.

When Israel came to the border of their Promised Land the first time, they did not enter. Years later, when Israel once again returned to that border, Joshua led the people across the Jordan River to take possession.

There are three simple keys to the promises of God. If you want to claim God’s promises, then you must settle these issues in your heart once and for all:

  1. There is divine stability and constancy to every promise of God. His promises never fluctuate.
  2. The promises are given to us by a God who cannot lie.
  3. These promises are made in Christ who purchased them with His own blood. By His death, Christ made effective the covenant which contains all the promises of God.

Abraham believed God’s promise to give him a son despite the fact he and his wife, Sarah, were beyond the child-bearing years. Like Abraham, you must keep the vision God has given you alive by faith. If you let the vision die, you will lose the promise.

Keep the vision of your healing alive.
Keep the vision of household salvation alive.
Keep the vision of your ministry alive.

The promises of God are not just passing words. When they are supernaturally birthed within you then you must keep them alive by faith. Never let go of the promises of God!

Abraham didn’t just receive his promise from God and continue to act nonchalantly saying, “If it comes to pass okay; if not…oh well!” I think every day when he woke up he asked God, “Where’s my son?” He reminded God of His promises. He waited. He was expecting. The promises — the vision he received — influenced every area of his life. He planned for the fulfillment of these promises. He positioned himself to receive his miracle.

Make this declaration:

There will be no more doubt, vacillating, or questioning in my life. God’s promises never fluctuate, they are given by one who cannot lie, and they are sealed with the blood of Jesus Christ.
