Water seeks its own level. People often rise to your level of expectation. They will do little if they know you don’t expect much from them. Make room for people to improve. Never count anyone out just because they are not doing well. Learn to believe in people. You are in the business of making people great. TO DO GREAT THINGS BUILD GREAT TEAMS part 11
Invest in the weakest members and raise their level of performance. It is not right to expect more from someone you invested little in. You can’t reap where you didn’t sow. The farmer only has the right to expect a good harvest after planting good seeds in a good ground. TO DO GREAT THINGS BUILD GREAT TEAMS part 11

To work together, we need to realize that we can’t do without each other. The outcome depends on how we support each other. Each member must care about other members, knowing that his success depends on them.
And as a leader, If you can get all the people in your team rowing in the direction of the set vision, nothing, and I mean nothing would be impossible for you to accomplish. TO DO GREAT THINGS BUILD GREAT TEAMS part 11
1 Corinthians 12:26, _*”If one part of our body hurts, we hurt all over. If one part of our body is honored, the whole body will be happy.”*_ (CEV).
You are not doing well if the others are not doing well.
You are not winning if they are not winning.
Help your teammates become the best they can be, and your own potential will be maximized. TO DO GREAT THINGS BUILD GREAT TEAMS part 11
Be an addicted encourager. Ensure that everyone on the team is well motivated, excited and focused on the vision. TO DO GREAT THINGS BUILD GREAT TEAMS part 11
Be there for others. When they are hurting hurt with them. When they are rejoicing, rejoice with them. You are one. If you don’t help them, you are nor going far.
Celebrate with them when they are celebrating. Mourn with them when they are mourning. Great teams are there for each other in good times and when things don’t seem well.
1 Corinthians 12:27, _*”Together you are the body of Christ. Each one of you is part of his body.”*_
No one should be looked down on because they look small and insignificant. When you are not winning it is because you are not helping each other win…

*_3. Indicate how you are going to help them turn their weaknesses into strengths_*
*_4. What are their strengths?_*
*_5. Indicate how you are going to help them contribute meaningfully to the success of the team_*
The Bible says, *_”Let us THINK OF WAYS to MOTIVATE one another to acts of love and good works. “_* (Hebrews 10:24, NLT)
*_”Some people have given up the habit of meeting for worship, but we must not do that. WE SHOULD KEEP ON ENCOURAGING EACH OTHER especially since you know that the day of the Lord’s coming is getting closer.”_* (Hebrews 10:25, CEV)
